Day 1
Welcome to the 21 Day Brain Change! God has given you power over your own thoughts! Today, take the first step to detoxifying negative thoughts. Take time to learn how the program works, take a short self-test, listen to a teaching by Dr. Bill Winston.
Day 2
Did you know that there are no NEUTRAL thoughts? Bad thoughts only get worse, good thoughts only get better. Make the decision today that these thoughts will never again have a place in your mind. Choose to believe what God thinks and says about you. Read Jeremiah 29:11.
Day 3
We all come into the Kingdom of God with ungodly thought patterns such as "I can't make it", "I'm not smart enough" or "I'm not attractive". Make the decision today that these thoughts will never again have a place in your mind. Choose to believe what God thinks and says about you.
Day 4
Don’t settle for how you’ve been thinking, you are empowered to change your thoughts. Your circumstances are a reflection of how you’ve been thinking.
Day 5
Often the war is in our minds, that’s why the Word exhorts us to think on things that are positive and true – The Word! Your thoughts effect your emotions.
Day 6
Ultimately, there are only two kinds of spiritual forces – Love and Fear. Love always draws you closer to God.
Day 7
What you focus on will become real in your life. Make the decision today to stop thinking about the number of problems you have and start thinking about God’s promises to deliver you from all of your afflictions!

Day 8
God has a plan and a purpose for your life. And He has given you all of the authority and power you need to achieve it. Never forget - God has made it so that no one can stop you from reaching your destiny but you! Nobody! It all begins with your thinking.
Day 9
Your life is a direct result of your thoughts. What you think will always manifest itself in your life. You cannot separate what you’re thinking from the way you live. Today, make the decision to change the way your think so that you can change the way you live.
Day 10
All patterns in our life start w/a thought. If unchallenged a toxic thought will turn into an imagination. If allowed, your imagination will produce a belief inside of you based on that thought. Then, that belief will produce a feeling. Finally, this feeling creates a habit that ultimately produces a negative behavior. Notice, what came first – the thought.
Day 11
You have a choice – you can reject a thought or you can keep it. Understand, the war is in your mind because your mind is controlling your activity. You have a choice – to choose your feelings or to choose the Word of God. The Word is designed to pull down strongholds, every imagination & everything the enemy has shot into your mind that doesn’t agree w/the word of God.
Day 12
How strong are thoughts? Thoughts are powerful enough to make you sick. You cannot separate what you’re thinking from the way you live. If you live from crisis to crisis, check the way your thinking. Your thinking is probably toxic. But, that’s why we’re here. In 21 days you can turn around any thought.
Day 13
Did you know that worry is a form of fear and that fear cuts you off from God? God even commands us not to be anxious for anything (see Phil 4:7). In fact, meditate this scripture 7-12 times a day.
Day 14
The mind works just like a magnet – it attracts ideas, resources and the people needed to be successful. In 21 days your mind will begin to draw what you’ve been meditating on.

Day 15
"Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me; or else believe Me for the sake of the [very] works themselves. [If you cannot trust Me, at least let these works that I do in My Father's name convince you.] " - John 14:11 (Amplified)
Day 16
"I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father." - John 14:12 (Amplified Bible)
Day 17
"But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”" - Mark 10:27 (New King James Version)
Day 18
Now that you have began the habit of rejecting toxic thoughts & embracing positive thoughts based on the Word of God, you’ll know that there is a change in your thinking - you will start feeling the effects of it. Once you change a toxic thought, be mindful of the fact that you have got to practice and protect the positive thoughts that have replaced the old toxic ones.
Day 19
An important part of changing toxic thought patterns is to be determined to focus on what God says about you and what God says you can have and do. And a powerful way to keep your thought life focused is to set goals for your life. God wants you to set goals because He works through our goals. Therefore, goal setting is key for you this year.
Day 20
Today, begin creating a goal sheet - a list of your personal & spiritual goals for this year. If you like, add a photo for something to look at. Make sure that you have easy access to it. Pull it out at least once a week & review it. Reject any toxic thought that comes against what God has revealed for you to achieve. Meditate on how you will feel and how your life will change as a result of accomplishing your goals.
Day 21
For you to accomplish what God has revealed to you for 2011, you must have faith in God. The world wants you to be part of a society trying to exist without God. If you didn’t have God, how would you accomplish what He told you to do? God’s not taking you to something you can do naturally; He’s taking you to something that includes HIS ability. You’re not going to do stuff you can do, you’re going to do stuff that God can do!
